The apartments are completely again, very clean and with double glazing. You will missing nothing.
Completely furnished kitchen: 4-plates-stofe with baking-oven, departure hood, large refrigerator with freez, sill plate and table and chairs. Also a large condition fan is available. Bedroom with double bed and large cabinet. On the small terrace at the garden table is available and chairs. Also for wheelchair users suitably.

The surrounding area
The little garden in front of the house is maintained much and with many flower and herbs. There is table and chairs as well as a sun screen for the small terrace. You have a view on the Sitia mountain.
The next supermarket is 2 minutes far away, likewise bakers and confectionery. The next tavern in 200 meters. Up to the city center there is 1,000 meters.
At the beach you can go up to the city center. In the other direction you can make a beach walk up to 2,5 km. The sea water is highly transparent and very clean.
