The villa is situated in a residencial area, at about 1.500 mt from the fine sandy beach of Marina di Pietrasanta. A supermarket and a small pedestrian shopping area, with a nice bar and restaurant/pizzeria are within 1.000 mt. Within a 10 mn drive is Viareggio with wide sandy beaches, a multitude of shopping and dining and trains to nearby La Spezia - gateway to the 'Cinque Terre'.
The villa is situated in the region 'Versilia', miles of golden beaches, smart resorts, mountain villages and coastal towns with superb restaurants are there to be discovered. Opera, arts and music festivals run throughout summer and make Versilia a region where visitors can soak up Italian culture at its finest.
