The villa 'La Magnolia 1' is divided into: living/dining room with cooking area, a terace with garden table and chairs which is ideal for outdoor meals, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom (with bath). The villa is comfortable and beautifully decorated in the typical Tuscan style. It's a perfect place for those families who are looking for tranquillity, although the beach is 4 Km away, it can be easily reached by car within a few minutes.
The lovely garden and the pool are a perfect place for relaxing and sunbathing.
The pool is open from May 2nd till oktober 10th and it's to be shared with the guests of the other apartment of the villa.

The house is situated in a quiet country area, between the beaches and the hills of Camaiore, at 4km to the sandy beaches of Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi...).This is also a perfect base to visit the major art towns of Tuscany: Pisa 30km, Lucca 25km, Florence at 90km. From Viareggio port, important seaside resort, interesting excursions by boat to the Isola d'Elba, Cinque Terre, Portovenere can be made. Golf club at 5km.
