Once you have decided to reserve at Mas Beata, we immediately send to you by post, our Rental Contract and Rental Conditions, where we do ask you for a 30% deposit to confirm your reservation. Then the final balance (70%) is to be settled 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
There will be a charge for 'final cleaning'.. the amount depends... if the whole house is rented OR as separate gites...
