The house was built in a very good standard and very well decorated by a german architect. It is devided in a main house and a guest-house which share a terrace so that 6 persons can spent a splendid holiday together and still keep their privacy. Three fire-places and central heating in every room provide you a cosy stay even on colder evenings beside the summertime

The surrounding area
The location of the house is absolutly splendid right next above a vast sandy beach. On the big area you can enjoy the sun during the whole day and watch the sunset over the Atlantic in the evening from the terraces. The nights will be undisturbed by any beach-discothec or car noise. There is no noisy beach live at all, just surfers enjoy the perfect conditions and the very normal family-beach live. In the nice typical village nearby you will find everything for daily life, including shopping, restaurants, cafés, farmacy, farmer-markets and so on.

Activities
Besides your beach you will find several international 18 whole golf-courses in the area, as well as tennis, horse-riding, bike-rentals and so on. In the huge forest you can walk or cycle on well kept ways to famous sightseeing locations and splendid views over the coast up to Lisbon. In summer the cities compete with open-air festivals, theater, concerts and a lot of museums including some just for children. Situated between the pittoresque “heritage of mankind” Sintra and the fashionable Cascais-Estoril you will find lots of sightseeings of Portugals rich cultural inheritance but also night-bars, fancy restaurants and the Estoril Casino and Motodrome. Last but not least Lisbon.
