A very inviting terrace allows you to sun bath. In summer you can barbecue. In the winter period, a public ski trail leads past the house (50 m away).
Skiers may use the free ski bus to all the lift stations in Sölden. It stops about 50 m away from the house and comes past every 10 Minutes.
The rooms all offer a shower and toilet (one double room has a bathtub and toilet on the other side of the hall).
On the 1st and 2nd stories, you will find a total of 5 double bedrooms as well as one extra bed and 3 single rooms. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen with 4-hob stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, cutting machine, etc.
An extra dining and living room are also on the same floor.

Our chalet is just passed the entrance of Sölden, off the main road in a quiet area.
In summer you can do many different walks.
About 1,5km away of the house, is the village centre and the valley station of the Giggijochbahn. The ski bus stop is about 50 m away. Just like the ski trails.

Travel information
Ötztal - Sölden The enterance to Sölden is a short tunnel, after about 100 m turn left. Before the bridge then right into Talweg. Here drive to house number 4.
