Unique refurbished vernaculer property on approx..75 acre of landscaped grounds. All modern conveniences and tastefully decorated and co-ordinated to the highest standard with top class furnishings throughout, with a mix of antique and modern furniture. Most centrelly positioned, just tucked away off the main highway in a quiet haven enjoying a hugely tranquil and private location with a panoramic view of the surrounfing countryside, only interupted by the singing of birds.
Three bedrooms, family room en-suite, h&c in other bedrooms. Downstairs toilet, two electric showers. Oil fired central heating, two solid fuel fires. All washing and cooking facilities, satellite channels, towels, bedlinen provided free. Refundable deamage € 125.

Located in central rural area, the house area is surrounded by natural stone walls and mature trees. There are two entrances, a large parking are with well and village pump feature in the centre. There are extensive landscaped lawns. Outside is very well lighted, flood lighting, detector lighting, manual lighting plus solar powered lights. This property once part of the adjacent farm.
All amenities are all around. Only a few minutes drive to various towns.
Spectacular scenery, blue flag beaches, majestical folk parks, woodland, museums, a choice of lakes, champioship golf courses, captivating walks, excellent fishing with renowned river Moy beside you. Abundance of cultural, historic, and arciological sites. Knock Int. airport 16 km
