On a lot of 700 m2 a surprising and comfortable house for 6 persons is located. On the groundfloor there is a the large living room of 70 m2 with a new kitchen, toilet and storage room. On the first floor one will find three bedrooms, each equipped with two beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, combi wth mocrowave, oven and grill, and a fridge.
The living is equipped with television set, DVD, CD payer with radio.
The garden is equipped with garden furniture. In the back of the garden is a smooth transition with the 6 holes par 3 golfcourse. Two car parkings are on the area.

You find or cottage north of the village of Havelte at the edge of a nature reserve area with woods and moors. Our country house is not far north from Havelte adjacent to a nature reserve area but also not far from the Weerribben, a well-known nature area of moors fields. From our house can you walk or cycle into that beautiful landscape of Drente. Inhabitants of the house can also use the tennis court. Havelte has a large swimming pool. In the environment man can make very beautiful bicycle routes, like the forest-rich Schutzgebied in between Dwingelo, Vledder and Doldersum and are. In the proximity (10 km) you find historical cities whole such as Steenwijk and Meppel. On larger distances (20-50 km) Zwolle, Deventer, Gierhoorn and others.
