We have built pretty, comfortable studios in our house two, every studio has its own entrance, a well fully developed kitchen with dining table, a big bed with a good mattress (2 m for a long time), a little seat corner and a seperates bathroom.
You have a lovely view of the sea, banana plants and sugar cane, from our garden, with a little breakfast corner, sun couches, shower and terrace with a big parasol.

A little outside of Funchal lies our house in quiet, rural surroundings (2.5 km to the next fishing village Camara de Lobos). One is with the bus in the center in 15 minutes, however, one can stroll also at this along sea to the town.
There 3 minutes remotely is a bakery where you do ausser bread and delicious cake also yoghurt, cheese, drinks and much more good.
One can reach different restaurants and also the supermarket on foot into less than half an hour.
