 5 bedrooms, each with washbasin and radiators. All beds have electric blankets. (1 'Family Room' with a double bed and 1 single bed, 1 twin-bedded room plus a cot, 2 doubles, and 1 single.)
 Additional toilet outside, off-road parking, enclosed large gardens.
Various games, swing, garden furniture, two bicycles and barbeque.

Nearby are local shops, restaurants, playing fields, promenade, pub, café and sandy beaches.
You can enjoy walks, cycling, sea angling, sailing, windsurfing, tennis, horseriding, golf, birdwatching.

Kent is known as the ‘Garden of England’ with pretty villages. There’s a working windmill and tea room at nearby Sarre.
Margate, Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Herne Bay or the renowned oysters of Whitstable are just along the coast.

There are multiplex cinemas and a large new shopping centre nearby. Canterbury is less than half an hour’s drive. Other good days out include Dover Castle, and Leeds Castle (near Ashford) which is advertised as ‘the prettiest castle in the world’.
