The typical tuscan farmhouse "Casa Al Gianni" is at the edge of the little medieval village Simignano (approx. 40 inhabitants), surrounded by a big meadow and a little grove. 5 vacation dwellings which respectively offer place for 2-6 persons altogether were removed in the traditional style (wood ceilings with wooden beams, terrakotta floor, fireplace...).
