The house is purely a holiday home and used to be a farmhouse. That is why you will also have a lockable courtyard, on which you may relax. When the weather is nice, you can spend a nice evening in front of the barbecue and easily as well as quickly meet other guests.
If you would like to go on a cycle tour, then you can store your bicycles securely or rent our bikes.
Only 80m away from the house is a landing stage, where a passenger ship stops every 30 min. to travel between the villages.
There are apartments which are based on one or two bedrooms and nearly all of them have got a direct view of the beautiful Rhine.

The area around Koblenz is very diversified. You first have the delta of the confluence between Rhine and Moselle, as well as Rhine and Lahn.
All 3 stream courses are individually formed and have their own characteristical valleys.
The Rhine-Valley: steep hills and many castles as well as the Loreley.
The Moselle-Valley: mostly winding stream and overhanging vineyards.
The Lahn-Valley: wildly overgrown and very beautiful.
Furthermore 4 low range mountains are around Koblenz: Hunsrueck, Westerwald, Taunus and the Eifel. Here again you will find, that every range has it's own individual landscape.
You can also visit the Benelux-states very quickly, due to the closeness of Koblenz to the borders.
