The surrounding area
The city villa is very well positioned, when it comes to transportation. Near the subway, but still in the green. The bus and subway stations are only 5 minutes walking time away. 15-20 minutes more (by subway) and you are in the centre of Berlin. In the close surroundings of the apartment are the Olympia Stadium, the trade fairs Berlin, the ICC and the radio tower.
Shopping, restaurants and other facilities for the everyday use are only 2 subway stops away. The A115 (towards Potsdam), the A111 (toward airport Tegel) and the city motorway (A100) are only 3 km away. A playground with football and playing meadow are only 2 minutes walk away.
Activities
The Grünewald in Berlin with "Devils Mountain" (Teufelsberg) is only a few hundred meters away from the apartment. There are many leisure activities like paragliding, mountain biking possible.
