Our region called "Vogtland" is a area with charming old villiges, idyllic nature, a hiking-landscape, with is not overcrowded yet. You can walk, relax or cycle. The dam Pöhl (4 km) invite you for watersport.The city "Plauen", the uncrowned capital of Vogland, is 15 km away. Here you can vist the "Vogtland museum", the lace museum, theater, cosy pubs.
The city "Hof" in Bavaria is 30km away. Th traditionell health resort cities Bad Elster and Bad Brambach and the in Böhmen Marienbad, Franzensbad are not fare away. In wintertime you have the possibility for cross-country (250 km)skiing and for downhill skiing.
