Our 2 Apartments situated in an olive grove, only a 2 minutes walk away of the beach. The Apartments are at ground level with 2 rooms, bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchen with all dishes, coffee machine and water coocker. The facilities are for 2 -3 persons, with air conditioner (warm - cold), Radio, Sat. TV, DVD and little library. The Apartments have sunbeds, chairs, tables, grill, big terrace, equipped also with umbrellas.
(For bigger families are the both apartments very suitable, you have then a private villa).
Long-Beach with tamarisks and umbrellas
The surrounding area
Some houses, in between olive groves, a two-minute walk away from the famous quiet “Long Beach”, with tamarisks and crystal clear water.
Some parts have sun beds and umbrellas and water sport facilities.
In the surrounding are also small bays and (private) beaches.
Taverna’s, supermarkets and a bus stop are very near and all in a flat area.
Good bus service to the east- (Sitia 50 km) and west side (Ierapetra 8 km).
This quiet place is a good base, to discover the beautiful and impressive east part of Crete, by public buses, car or by foot.
Daytrips to, for example, Kato Zakros, Vai, Kritsa, Lasithi Plateau, Spinalonga or the islands Chrissie and Koufonisi.
The old cities, Ierapetra, Sitia and Agios Nicolaos, for a visit to the museum, market or other places of interest.
Small fishing- and mountain villages with a friendly population.
In brief, the Apartments are settled in a surrounding with a lot of possibilities.
A rural surrounding with the lively (also in winter) town of Ierapetra only on a distance of 8 km, makes the apartments also very suitable for a stay in winter.
The southeast coast of Crete has a mild climate even in winter. (December has 120 sunny hours)

It is for walking, bicycling, diving, to fish, surfing, Wasserskiing.
Walking trips or trips by car (jeep), with our without guide, in the mountains, to caves and trough impressive gorges.
Elerctricity for the use of the airconditioner, 0.35 Euro pro Kwh.

There are direct flights to the airport Heraklion (is also possible for Sitia in the future) of April till October from Germany.
The transfer from the airport (Heraklion -- Koutsounari approx. 2 hour) can be organized trough us by taxi or hired car. The car is waiting at the airport when you rent trough us a car
