Our ****spacious holiday flat comprises the whole of the ground floor of our completely refurbishes country home (90 sq living space), with its own separate entrance.
It consists of one large bedroom with TV, a second bedroom with two single beds and a comfortable living room with TV and a couch, which makes up into a double bed. There is a heates conservatory with a large dining room table and chairs, which looks out on to the garden. It has a full kitchen and a bathroom with shower and bath.

The holiday flat is just on the boundary to BERLIN-SPANDAU district.
Although we live here in beautiful countryside with woodlands an waterways, but not secluded.
In 25 minutes you can drive into BERLIN centrum and also to the city POTSDAM.
If you like, you can drive by train (Regio), 15 minutes, and you are in the middle of BERLIN.
There is a supermarket, chemist, bank, bakers and pub/restaurant in the Village.
