Romenay is situated between Louhans and Tournus, (Bourgogne-France). The 300 years old Bresse-house 1996 were thoroughly reconditioned. The whole area covers 3000 m with 2 cosy seats with roasting places. Under the 300 years old oak a couch place is cool in the summer. The farmhouse is in a very calm place of Romenay. Romenay is an impressive and calm area, which is dominated by large corn and sunflower fields. It is interrupted only by hedges and ponds and forms a wonderful window blind for beautiful holidays experiences. You can enjoy the countryside with a bike route comfortably off the roads.

Grand Biolay is 5 minutes away by car from the pictorial old part of town Romenay with public service and shopping possibilities. There are many sports facilities like a sand tennis court, a football field, bowling places. Horses and ponies can be hired. In the proximity the motorway connections are after Châlon and Macon (1/2 auto-hour) Lyon and Beaune. The vineyards and wonderful landscape with hills, pastures, corn fields, sunflower fields, nature parks, rivers (Saône and Seille) and ponds invite to take a walk. In the pleasant peace in the middle in nature on the large meadow and in the sun at the pool you can recover. The Poulet, the Charolais beef and the wine are famous. Both culturally and historically the Besse offers much!
