The exclusive Dolphin Apartment is situated in a quiet residential area of Fish Hoek close to Clovelly Golf Club and in short walking distance to the beach!
The Apartment on ground floor level is tastefully and luxuriously furnished and consists of a stunning Bedroom with Kingsized Bed and a Cristal Chandelier, a separate Lounge with chairs, table, wardrobe, TV and an extra Sleeper Couch for 2, a complete and modern Kitchen with Bosch Oven and Hob and a Bathroom.
Both Bedroom and Lounge lead onto a big private Terrace of about 30qm with a view on a big open green field and some bird life. The high quality U-PVC windows and doors block out Cape Town’s famous South Easter Wind and the lovely atmosphere let's you totally relax & enjoy!

Go swimming in the waters of Fish Hoek Beach, diving and snorkeling in False Bay and with the penguins at Boulders. Surfing is popular at Kommetjie. Ride horses in Noordhoek or go for a walk along the Catwalk, along Silvermine River or in the surrounding Silvermine Nature Reserve with it's dam. Do the "Baboon Walk" and watch the wales in season. Have a Sundowner at Noordhoek Beach or visit the nice Restaurants in trendy Kalk Bay harbour, in historical Simonstown or right here in Fish Hoek. Play Golf at Clovelly Country Club and discover all the attractions between Cape Point and Table Mountain, Waterfront, Camps Bay, Kirstenbosch and Constantia Wineroute. Take the N2 to Cape Town.
Turnoff on M3 South towards Muizenberg.
At the end of M3 turn left into M42 and at the traffic lights right on the M4. Go straight through Muizenberg to Fish Hoek. Turn right behind the traffic lights and the Police station into Banks Street next left into Luttrell Cresc
