Cottage Sole has an entrance with a big terrace which has a dining tablean umbrella and two couches. A the first floor is a livingroom-cum-kitchen with dining table is well equipped with the necessary dishes, gas stove, refrigerator, coffee machine. The bathroom has a bathtub with sprinkler, a washbasin, bidet and water closet (All the rooms have windows).
At the second floor is two 2-bedroom this can be a good dwelling for a family of four.
Well lit parking lot is available. It has a quiet location, far from the street traffic. There is a common barbeque on a green spot, where you can grill using olive wood.

Diano Marina has a sea promenade and offers a variety of activities: sea cruses, trips, farmer’s market, sport fields, discos, etc. The sea water is clean, (Blue Flag label) and it has sandy beaches and cliffs.The backcountry is very attractive through the fancy inns and the village open air festivals with dance music. The wonderful climate contributes to the great atmosphere. The walking-tours and the beautiful sights are very relaxing. Shopping facilities: in 5 minutes on foot you can reach two stores for fresh bread, a butcher’s, a pharmacy, a bar and a restaurant. For further shopping, there is a supermarket with delicacies on the street towards San Pietro.

The apartment is available from 4 until 9 p.m. on the day of your arrival. (Please give us a notice of possible delays). On the departure day, the apartment is to be turned over at 10 a.m.
For booking a deposit of ca. 30% of the whole price is required. The rest is to be paid on the day of arrival.
