The vacation house has three storeys and one adjoining building including a sauna, rest area and wine cellar.

The building constructed in 1976 was completely renovated in 1999 in accordance with western standards. Retiled floors, natural cork covering in bedroom, floor heating on ground floor combined with plate radiators and an open fireplace facilitate pleasant living.
The surrounding area
The holiday home is located in the centre of 3910 Tokaj, located directly beside the rivers Tisza and Bodrog, in the Zemplen region above the Puszda.
Tokaj is known for its good wines, its wine region and the mountain of the same name, which affords a wonderful view of the beautiful, unspoiled natural scenery. The nature reserve with its rare species of birds and extensive range of flora, the proximity to the Puszda, the thermal baths in Miskolc-Tapolca with interesting cave baths, is just what is needed for an individual stay. In addition, there are many possibilities related to rambling, cycling, fishing and riding.
Miskolc and Nyregyhaza are recommended for shopping trips.
