In the little beach town of Villanova, near Ostuni (pearl of the Apulian tourism, called also "Città Bianca", the white city, for the harmony of its lime painted houses) it is located a mansion built around the '50 with two apartments, recently refurbished by the owner, who is an architect himself.
The two apartments are on the first and on the second floor of the house, which has a sea view and it is located at only a few meters distance from the sea (30 meters).These two apartments are identical in size, shape and distribution of the spaces. They have wooden floors and brand new bathrooms and kitchenettes.Thanks to an independent heating system of each apartment, our guests have also the possibility to spend in this very romantic village
The surrounding area
Our guests can walk to the closest beach ( Bagno dei Cavalli) in only seven minutes.
Villanova has all the infrastructures in order not take the car unless for visiting other Apulian cities.
The other great tourist attractions in Apulia are all reachable within a ray of fifteen thirty minutes by car:
* Alberobello the Trulli capital.
* Castellana Grotte and its wonderful underworld.
* Martina Franca, baroque city and center of the famous Itrian Valley Festival.
* Monopoli, Arabic city but with great modern fascination.
* Grottaglie, the city of the terracotta chinaware.
* Lecce, the triumph of baroque.
* Otranto, with its famous Cathedral, pearl of the Apulian Romanesque architecture and famous for its mosaics.
* Fasano, with the Safari Zoo, favorite day trip for the children: an immense park with free exotic animals.

The “San Domenico Golf” course lies near the small fisherman village of Savelletri, with its southern boundary as close to the sea as the road and rocky coastline will allow.
