The house has a bedroom with double bed, a living/dining room with 2 couch sofas, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. It was renovated inside in the year 2000 and is equipped with new furniture, new dishes, new bedlinen etc..

The house is located in a garden with 1000 sqm. It has a seat with morning sun and a terrase with noon-/ setting sun and a lovely view. There are a little lawn with Grotto.

The house is due to the Strada verde and is an ideal starting point for many walks as well as bike tours. There is a golf course in 10 km of distance. Natural lake for fishing.
