Our house is situated entirely on the ground floor and has only 1 step to the master bedroom.
It consists of a living - dining room with open plan kitchen. All furniture is comfortable and sufficient for 4 people. In the bathroom you find a large walk in shower, wash-basin and toilet. The master bedroom is beautifully furnished and has a double bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds.
In the kitchen you will find a complete inventory, a senseo coffeemachine, an electric kettle, a microwave and a fridge. In front of Maison Passerose you have a large garden and terrace plus a through way to the camping so you can use the pool. This through way is for your use only.
Our farm animals are wandering in their meadow which you overlook.

Our house is situated behind our farm with views over the valley, sunny but also shaded thanks to some (fruit) trees. It is nice and quiet, yet all facilities are close by.
Behind our farm, the lake is 300 meters away. It is ideal for fishing (permit). Also there are several picnic tables and a playground for the children.
The sandy beaches and ocean of the Vendée are known for their child safety. The bottom of the sea slopes very slowly and there are practically no currents. The Warm Gulfstream makes the climate very agreeable. Even in Autumn, Winter and Spring.
There are lots of things to see: La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, castles, Puy du Fou, Marais Poitevin, wine route, Sables d'Olonnes, rambling, fishing, golf, lakes, zoo, aquarium, etc.
Linen is included.
Heating is at an additional charge only when needed.
