The management
Traum-Ferienwohnungen.de was established in the 2001 by Sebastian Mastalka and Nicolaj Armbrust. Both had already developed a first concept for the company during their studies. Twelve years later they have continued their activities with the same enthusiasm and passion that they had from the offset.
They both know that a company is only as good as its employees. Therefore they are proud to work with a team of 50 colleagues, who share their enthusiasm and passion for the work.

The Support-Team
Whenever you need help, they are always at your disposal: our super-heroes from the support-team will answer all questions, are happy to help with the creation of your advertisement, edit photos and always have an open ear for the desires of our customers.
True to the motto "nothing is impossible", our team always finds a solution. An individual and personal consultation always comes first - and it comes completely free of charge, six days a week.
The Sales Department
The sales department is the growth engine of our company. Equipped with an abundance of competence and sympathy, it is constantly hunting for new cooperations.
Whether over the phone, by e-mail or personally, the team passionately inspires everyone for our product.

Our Trainees
Knowledge should be shared and not kept behind curtains. That is why we are training IT specialists for application development (Fachinformatiker-Anwendungsentwicklung).
Our excellent, motivated trainees accompany their own projects straight from the start and are independently integrated into the daily business.
They benefit from the expertise of the development team and face new challenges without batting an eyelid.
The Marketing Department
Our open-minded communication artists are constantly working on establishing new and long-lasting collaborations. Whether it is Social Media, SEO or newsletters - the composers of our "brand symphony" always hit the right tone.
Their passion is the intercommunication with holiday makers, landlords and other cooperation partners. The stage is set everyday for the word wizards in our marketing team.
The Development Team, IT & Design
Our IT department, the core of our company, is a saviour in the hour of need. Fabulous coding-knights, frisky nerds and graceful backend-fairies are working here to keep our website going.
Our mission is to offer holiday makers and landlords the best possible results at the highest possible technological level. This is where great ideas are created, always a step ahead and always on the move.
