Overview of the house	The vacation rental "La paponie" in Calviac en Périgord in a arboreal estate at 1 kilometer of the river Dordogne for 10 to 14 people. The rented place consists of an independent farm on an arboreal estate of walnut trees in the valley of the Dordogne, in a hamlet in dead-end. The big house overlooks a terrace, front of the castle of Fénelon. The house contains 8 principal rooms and a terrace of more than 300 m² and suits for 10 to 14 people. The privative space consists of the house and the terrace. The Farmyard, the fields and the wood are free of access both the owner and to the tenants. Beside the house, a small house opens on the common space and can be occupied by the owner or another tenant.
View from the terrace	The surrounding area La Paponie is at 500 meters of the bourg of Calviac with a town hall and a post and at 1 kilometer from the Dordogne river with beaches and canoe bases.
