Stunning village house with large, private garden	The vacation rental Whether you are looking for a unique holiday rental for your self-catering group or want to experience our stimulating environmental residential courses, you will find this the perfect base for a relaxing holiday. We can accommodate up to 14 people within 6 stylish bedrooms - 5 of which have private bathrooms. The ground-floor bedroom and private bathroom is accessible for wheelchairs. This village gite has been entirely renovated and furnished to a high standard. The truly beautiful interior is tasteful and bright, with many original features, stunning oak flooring and original artwork. The house also has a large private garden and dining terrace, with views out onto open countryside and buttercup meadows.
Swimming lake and sandy beach, just minutes away!	The surrounding area This unspoilt region of France is ideal for anyone who loves being surrounded by nature and wants to enjoy a 'greener holiday'. St Germain les Belles is a perfect example of a fine Limousin village - peaceful, attractive and just seconds away from beautiful rolling countryside. The Limousin has been called the 'French Lake District' but it has a beauty and charm all of its own. It is incredibly rural and peaceful with magical scenery. We are also only 30 minutes away from the attractive city of Limoges, where you can discover the large number of Porcelain factory outlets, independent boutiques, an Aquarium, restaurants, and the nightlife... or simply wander around the historic Old Quarter.
A great winter destination too!	Activities Just minutes away is the 5-hectare tranquil village lake and sandy beach, with supervised swimming and pedalo hire throughout the summer. There is also an adjacent play area for the kids. Travel information

St Germain les Belles is 4 hours south of Paris (270 miles or 425 km) and 30 minutes south of Limoges (22 miles or 35 km), the 'capital' of the Limousin, in Haute-Vienne. The village is located just 10 minutes drive from the A20 motorway (J 42), the main route from Paris to the south of France.
