Various restaurants, tapa-bars, supermarkets, doctors and pharmacies are very near and can be reached on foot. Warm summers and mild winters create a very agreeable climate. Fresh and moderate breezes from the sea climb up the hill in the evening to bring cooling and chill-out and nights with starry skys
	The surrounding area The sand-beaches of Benidorm are only 3 km away. 13 km afar are Villajoyosas picturesque and colourful houses. Spending days at the flat sloping beaches is wonderful for kids and parents. Beach-cafés, fish-grills and other leisure activities invite you to be part of the goings-on in the evenings at the "old town" of Benidorm or Altea. Take a stroll on the paseos, or go shopping or sipp a cool summerwine, that ist the costa-blanca way of life. Its amazing to bargain on the daily markets or to watch the fisherboots coming back. Hiking alongside the coasts, going to the water sources in the mountains and picknicking are other pastimes. Taking a boot to Alicante or visiting the giant seawater-aquarium brings even more amusments.
