The vacation rental
The villa is situated in an area of luxury homes. It has 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms and is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The pool is heated and is south facing so it gets the sun all day (very private not overlooked). There are stunning sunsets from the pool and lanai. The villa is 10 minutes from the Gulf Coast beaches. There are numerous championship golf courses within a 10 mile radius. The villa overlooks the 9th fairway of Pinemoore Golf Course. This is the ideal location for a beach, water sports or golfing vacation.
For the shopaholics Port Charlotte mall is approximately 15 minutes away. Both northern and Southern of the villa Outlet Shopping malls are within an hour drive. |

The surrounding area
’Lake View villa is located at Rotonda, Englewood, Florida (90 minutes south of Tampa airport) in an area of luxury homes, overlooking a lake and the ninth fairway of Pinemoor Golf Course, ten minutes from some of Floridas’ finest beaches.’ . It is quietly and peaceful, but nevertheless within reach of the many attractions Florida is famous for.In the centre of our community is the Rotonda Community Park: This 32acre park includes a multipurpose sports field, two tennis courts, children’s playground, a 40’ x 40’ picnic pavilion and restroom facilities. In addition is the bike path which follows the trails through. Port Charlotte only a 15 minutes drive away, has been voted ’Best Place to live in the South’ by ’Money Magazine’ several times.

Activities
With so many beautiful beaches along the Gulf Coast, you’ll enjoy shelling, swimming, sun-soaking or simply walking. Extending from Manasota Key in the north, to Boca Grande in the south, each one promises a unique experience. Our favourites to date are Blind Pass known locally as Middle Beach, Stump Pass Beach which is one of the most beautiful.
