The vacation rental
Situated near the village centre of St. Martin, the house (approx. 120sqm) is surrounded by a large garden overlooking the open countryside with alpine scenery. The site with parking area also has available a lawn for sunbathing and barbecue facing south.
The holiday home with 2 balconies is suitable for families: 3 twin bedrooms, a large kitchen with sitting area, an open living room and a grand bathroom with bathtup, shower and 2 toilets apart, offer enough space to dwell in company and in privat.
Walking and hiking trails start in front of the house as well as bicycle and mountainbike routes. In winter cross-country skiing and toboggan runs can be reached on foot. Lakes, indoor/outdoor swimming baths and alpine wintersport are nearby. |

The surrounding area
The submontane village of St. Martin - situated in the valley of river Saarlach near Lofer - is a comfortable place for holidays in summer and winter. The Salzburg County is one of the most beautiful and exquisite lake- and mountain region of the alpes.
Effortless promenades as well as varied walking and hiking routes lead into the impressive landscape. The Tauernradweg offers bike tours for different sportive demands. The place of pilgimage Maria Kirchental with its baroque church lies within walking distance.
In the immediate vicinity there are a variety of recreational opportunities: lakes, cultural and natural heritage sites, swimming baths, hiking trails, skiing and toboggan runs and skiing areas (e.g. Loferer Alm, Steinplatte).
