	The vacation rental It consists of a bedroom, a living-room, a bathroom, a kitchen and a balcony – altogether 49 sm. The Smarje apartment (non-smoking) matches the requirements from 1- 4 guests. There are two beds in the sleeping room and a sofa-bed in the living-room. Kids are welcome. We ask you not to bring any pets. Kitchen Fully fitted kitchen which provides all cooking facilities and a dining-table. Living-room Sofa-doublebed, TV, CD-Player with radio, brochures. We provide a baby-bed as well as a high-chair. Bathroom It provides shower, wash-hand basin and toilet. General Central heating, hot water, electricity, towels and linens are included in our room rates. Balcony Two folding chairs to enjoy the fresh air.
	The surrounding area Location The Smarje apartment is situated in central Altona – just in walking distance of Altona Station (one of Hamburg´s three railway stations, also local public transportation S-Bahn and buses), the busy centre with its shops, restaurants, cafés and bars as well as the Elbe river where you can enjoy the harbour view or go for a walk along the river. Cultural highlights The city, Alster lake, shopping malls, Hamburg town hall, tourist sights, musical theatres, museums a.s.o. you reach by public transportation S-Bahn and bus from Altona Station. Comforts and convenience The rooms of Smarje apartment have got wooden floors, the walls are white. Bathroom with shower, wash-hand basin and toilet.
	Activities Outside area Garden view into courtyard. Specials The Smarje apartment is on one hand very centrally situated in Altona. In busy Altona you find many shops, restaurants, cafés, pubs and bars as well as theatres and cinemas. St. Pauli with its main street Reeperbahn isn´t far either. The quiet garden view allows you to recover after city-tours.
