In the ground floor of the house is 1 bedroom with double bed (2 single mattresses) , 1 modern bath with corner shower tub and WC, living room with SAT TV (window with sea-view), dining-room and directly go to the large terrace at the lake !

The American kitchen is in a completely equipment with 3-hot -plates with gas and 1 hotplate in electric, mini oven, mini dishwasher, microwave, cooling/freezing combination, coffee machine and table-ware for breakfast and diner. Much cook implements.
