The charming three-room flat is situated on the groundfloor of our nice two-family house.
It consits of 2 double bedrooms, living/dining room, fully equipped, modern fitted kitchen, bathroom, separate WC, sunny, covered terrace with garden. The flat is very cosy, pleasantly furnished and tastefully decorated. Relaxed atmosphere, superior equipment.

Location quiet but central, 5 min. from historic town centre, busstop and free parking in front of the house, easy to reach by car and public transport.
The city of Waiblingen is well known for it’s medieval historical centre with beautiful framework buildings. Situated in the lovely wine-growing Rems-valley it is also famous for its gourmet restaurants and characteristic wine-taverns.
You will reach the city of Stuttgart in 15 minutes by car.
