The apartment is about 70sqm in size with a separate entrance and constitutes a part of the vineyards main buildings. The exclusive fittings include a state of the art kitchen with ceramic stove top, dishwasher and washing machine, fridge, oven and fume hood. The apartment has 3 flat-screen Sat-TVs and a/c in the bedroom. The spacious and cosy living-room is connected to a mezzanine-level with an additional king-size bed. A beautiful modern bathroom with WC is complementing the domicile.
A furnished patio and the surrounding vineyards provide ample room for relaxation. Biking, swimming, horseback-riding and hiking are only a few of the many activities that can be done in the area.

The apartment is a part of the historic vineyard of Château Moyau. The Château is located south of Narbonne, 2 km outside of the small sea-side village of St. Pierre la Mer next to sea and amidst the UNESCO-certified natural habitat of La Clape. Due to its secluded sea-side location the vineyard is not crossed by the usual tourist trails, while still being a mere 1 km beeline from the sandy beach
