Comfortable and cosy 1.5 room on 1st floor with balcony. 2 fold-away beds (2 x 100 x 195cm). 1 couch bed with slatted frame (180 x 200cm). Seperate kitchen (oven, coffee machine, refrigerator, dish washer). Very quiet location.
The Residenza Surlej is situated just next to the slope leading to the Signal funicular which brings you directly to the Corviglia ski- and hiking area. 12 minutes walking distance for shopping facilities and 5 minutes walking distance to the bus station "Somplaz".
