The Apartments
Full equipped kitchen with coffee/tea maker, toaster, fridge and electrical cooking plates. Living room with a three-seater sofa (also bed for 3th person), satellite-TV and balcony. A bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Bedroom with 2 beds, wardrobe and safe. Our private apartments are situated in a centrally but quiet located private residence, near the famous dunes of Maspalomas and just a 100 meters away from CC Cita and a bus stop nearby.
The building 2 lifts, swimming pool, separate children’s pool, sun terrace, sun beds, hairdresser, rent-a-car, pool-bar and restaurant. WiFi-internet in apartments (free!). Final cleaning included in prices, towels and bedlinnen provided.
Special features
On request: baby-cot, beach towels, taxi transfer, weekly cleaning service. Please infom about special prices for long term renting (from 750 Euro by month, by apartment) with or without cleaning service.
