The House	The vacation rental The house has two floors, and was build around 1920. Thanks to the complete reconstruction in 1998, the house offers comfortable accommodation for up to 9 people. The house is fully fenced, and offers possibility to park 2 cars within the front yard and one car inside the garage. The total living area of the Holliday house is around 160 m2 (1.700 square feet). Inside the house you will find two bathrooms with bathtub and shower, two toilets, three bedrooms and two living rooms. In the main floor is well-appointed kitchen with basic equipment for recreational staying (stuff, microwave oven, refrigerator…).
The Garden	The surrounding area Our house is sorrounded by 1.200 m2 (1.400 square yards) garden with summer pool 3,5 x 7 meters and outside fireplace with sitting area, where you can enjoy outside grilling. Because our house is located just 2 km from beautiful Golf curse Bechynì it is perfect for golf players or people who just like to learn how to play for affordable price (trainers speak English or German). From other posibilities I would like to mention mainly posibbility to visit one of the nearby castels: Hluboka, Cervena lhota, Bechyne, or Cesky Krumlov. You can also visit city of Bechyne (6 km), well known for traditional spa treatment (by using natural peat from the nearby moors).
