The Holiday House
Roomstructure in the private mansion Belavista:
a) holiday apartment 70 sqm with own entrance, separated living and bedrooms, shower, Eutel/SAT-TV, fan, DVD,
b) Upper level with full round view (glassware-panelling) to the ocean, 35 sqm bedroom, bath ensuite, terrace 25 sqm with garden furniture, etc.
c) Ground floor: Living room and salon 70 sqm, 2 bedrooms each 35 sqm with shower two balconies and of course bathrooms. A modern eat-in kitchen 35 sqm.
From the swimming pool (7X9 mtr) you can see the ocean while you are swimming.
Two roofed terraces (35 m²) invite to barbeques and relaxing.
The garden is a parklike area with about 1500 m² and is well protected. There is no traffic and the 300 m² livingspace delivers an excellent holiday feeling.
Special features
Today it is very popular it has some of the most beautiful beaches, a new marina and a vibrant atmosphere.
Restaurants, bus station, doctor are within a range of 1 km and a big shopping centre and a big shopping centre for reasonable shopping (30% less than normal) are situated close by.

Location and surroundings
To Albufeira, the quarter with a huge quantity of leisure activities and night-life, is it only ca. 7km. The former fishing village becomes in the summer the tourist area of the Algarve, and has accordingly focused infrastructure with hotels and a variety of restaurants, bars and cafes, but also the beach, literally right at our doorstep, is having a huge attraction.
Despite the bustling tourist hub Albufeira is still a picturesque town, down town is free of cars and the streets are lined with magnificent mosaic pavement, there are numerous boutiques and souvenir shops located and you can stroll comfortably, at the old fish market can be taken a 'café com' or a 'cerveja' in one of the many former Fishermen pubs.
Worth a visit is in any case, the port loaded with its colourful fishing boats and the bullring, in which on Saturday the battle man against bull is celebrated. Numerous bars, nightclubs and pubs - often with live music - are in the summer opened until the early morning hours.
