Casa Mario	The vacation rental The house is situated close to the beautiful Maggia river and has a magnific view into the Valley. The property is built in the sixties and renovated in 2007. Has a nice garden (ca. 500 sqm.) and pergola. All is built on one floor, in the cellar there is place for bike's etc.
The View	The surrounding area Locarno features lots of cultural events (Film festival, teatro Dimitri in Verscio, Musical Festicals in the Maggia Vally, Locarno and Ascona). Swimming in the near Maggia, walking in the mountains, hiking and biking, Golf in Ascona, riding in the close neighbourhoud. In the winter the skiing resort Bosco Gurin can be reached within 30 min.
