The Holiday Apartments

The Landhaus offers a superbe situation at the ski-Geigenbühel surrounded by fields and forests with a breathtaking view on the Tyrolean mountains. The house offers the best standards and offer beautiful gardens to relax or to play. (childrens play-ground) During the season you may use the pool and the spa of our sisterhotel for free, there you can also find a washingmachine and a dryer an an internet terminal (charge)
From our house all kind of sports are possible. Seefeld offers Europe best cross country tracks, good alpine tracks, golf places, tennis-courts, etc.
We are open all year and offer good prices especially in the off seasons. Our family has 45 years experience in the hotel business - with us you will be fine and happy! Sure!

Location and surroundings

Seefeld is one of Austrians top destinations and offers all kind of possibilties. Best European cross county tracks, ski tracks, wellness, tennis, golf, hiking, mountainbiking, etc. The village offer a large variety of restaurants, bars and night-clubs. There is also a real casino which is worth a visit. Seefeld offer in summer a lake with a wonderful pool area. When hiking all kinds of mountainhuts offer good food and drinks. The Karwendel area is a nature reserve, but you can go there on a hike or on bike! Innsbruck as Tyrols capital is worth a visit, best by train with the wellknown and breathtaking Mittenwald-train. Leutasch, Mittenwald, Munich, Stubai glacier, castles and museums - its all there waiting for you! Come and see us!

   We travelled as two families with teenage and older children and stayed at Landhaus Charlotte for a week over Christmas. The apartments were delightful. The two bedroom apartment had a very large living room which was great for meals for 7 of us. The apartments were clean and bright and opened out onto the garden which was very pleasant.
   
   Christine was an attentive and very helpful host and made us very welcome.
   
   Landhaus Charlotte is a ten minute walk from the main part of town but we caught a bus down to ski each day. Some of our group didn't ski but had a very enjoyable time relaxing, sitting in coffee shops and looking around the village.

   We planned our trip on very short notice and so happy that we found Landhaus Charlotte and Seefeld (really cute town - nice shopping, dining, bars)! Having spent 6 nights there I can say that the location of LC is the best. It is removed from the somewhat dense town but still an easy walk there (and if you are in Austria during the summer you are probably planning to walk a lot). It was so nice to be able to send the children outside to the trampoline or walk to see the lamas across the pasture without concern for cars. As noted in other reviews, the property is well clean and well maintained. The decor is pleasing and comfortable. When we booked the only apartment available was 2 bedroom on the lower level. We certainly managed but if you are a family of 5 (children ages 11, 9, 7) I would suggest booking a 3 bedroom and preferably on the entry level or above. Christine, the owner, is very helpful... she even found and sent a special toy we had left behind! [Practically speaking, if you need to do laundry, use the Tip Top Waschsalon in town - drop it off in morning and it will be finished in the afternoon. This is much more convenient and probably about the same price as using coin machines at Hotel Charlotte which may not even be available when you get there.] ***The added bonus is that LC is steps away from what has to be one of the best restaurants in the area - the all organic Bio Wirtshaus (I hope to post a review). We ate there 3 times! Our favorite excursions were the Sprit of the Gorge walk in Leutasch, the hiking in Seefeld, and the hiking/Alpine Coaster in Imst. Have a great trip!

   Vi budde i ei av leiligheitene 1 heil veke, og var veldig godt fornøgde. Reint, fint og generelt bra utstyrt, sjølv om oppdatering av kjøkkenutstyr hadde gjort seg. Hotellet ligg i utkanten av byen i eit svært stille og roleg strøk. Gratis bybuss mange gonger dagleg var eit pluss for oss som ikkje hadde bil med. Dette hotellet tilrår eg gjerne, det er ein flott base for turar i eit fantastisk landskap. Den hyggelege vertinna gjev tips om aktivitetar og turmål i området.

   Vor Weihnachten noch einmal mit unseren Kindern in den Schnee, Seefeld war hier optimal und bis vor Weihnachten gab es mit der Gästekarte tolle Preisnachlässe auf Schischule und Ausrüstung. Das Landhaus liegt direkt am Anfängerschihügel in einer exquisiten Wohngegend. Das Haus hat sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnungen. Wir wurden sehr gut betreut und wollen im kommenden Jahr evt. nochmals im März wiederkommen.
