The vacation rental
The Calabria farmhouse has also been renovated with care and has been furnished with period country furniture, using natural products as waterpaint for the walls, bricks for the pavement and materasses in natural fibers. It is placed in the valley between the hills of Buriano and Vetulonia, two medieval walled towns that enrich the natural beauty of the place. It has 3 apartments sleeping 10, plus 3 sofa beds and 2 babybeds. It has a large garden with swimming-pool and a veranda with a beautiful view on the landscape around. Each apartment has its own space in the garden with table and chairs. There is a collective space as laundry with washing machine, four adult bicycles, a few children's bicycles, an old bread oven, a barbecue in the garden. |

The surrounding area
Very near you can visit the wild Natural Park of Uccellina and just above the farms, one of the most important Etruscan villages (Vetulonia). Also Roselle, an important Etruscan and Roman archaeological site, is very close.
You can also reach in one-to-two-hour drive historical cities such as Siena, Florence, Rome, Pisa and Lucca.
Moreover, the village of Braccagni, only 5 km away, offers all the services you might need such as food shops , a bank, a chemist , a post office, etc.
