The vacation rental
The country house Villa Finetti is 5 km away from the medioeval city of Gubbio In the typical Umbria and Tuscany landscape with a lot of hills and green.
There are 8 apartments of different width for 4,5,6 persons all two -roomed with kitchen, double sofa bed, bedroom and bathroom ( tv color in each one).
In 10 hectars of green there is the swimmingpool ( 15 m x 7 m), rented mounatin bikes, ping-pong, little volley and soccer field, barbecue, bowls and little play garden for child.
Villa Finetti is ideal for have a relaxing holiday in the nature with lot of comforts. |

The surrounding area
The nearest town (5 km) is Gubbio, very important etruscan center first, then roman and last medioeval town.
From this age it takes his actual beauty ( it is condidered one of the most beautifull medioeval town in all Italy).
At 35 km you 'll find the very famous town of Assisi, Perugia, and at 80 km you'll have Todi and Orvieto.
