	The vacation rental The high-quality furnished living room is featured with a well-sorted library, radio/TV-connection exists. Three large windows provide a lot of light, the morning sun shines on the dining table with four seats. The sofa can be transformed to a comfortable bed. The bedroom is furnished with a french bed and a huge wardrobe. In Summer you have wild roses in front of the window. In the well-equipped kitchen there´s a additional seating for two persons available. A roomy entrance area gives a lot of place at arrival or depart. The terracotta-flagstoned ground keeps the apartment areeable cool in Summer, in winter the wood stove causes comfortable warmth supplementary to the central heating. At the terrace you can enjoy a good glass of wine.
	The surrounding area The winevalley Ramsthal is located in the north of the wine growing area of Franconian wine near the Franconian Saale. Woody ridges framing Ramsthal, that romantically lies at the bottom of wine yards. Winegrowing had a great effect on the village for centuries. Six winegrowers and the association of winegrowers of Franconia cultivate high quality wine with supraregional-known honours. Rambling routes are given in the wine yards, forests and fields. Exceptional is the "poetic forestway" Ramsthal has two inns, a cafe, bakery, butcher´s, grocery store, growers store and a library. In the closer entourage ist Bad Kissingen, who offers aside to its wellness program rich cultural program. Würzburg, Bamberg, Fulda an Coburg are not far away...
	Activities The simplest and nicest way to escape your everyday´s stress is rambling. The nature round Ramsthal is very nice and interesting. Rambling-paths lead you ondifferent routes throug the wine yards. Rare and endangered animals and plants grow next to the paths, the romantic river Saale invites to rambling and cycling up to the Biosphärenreservat Rhön.
