The charming, nostalgic Villa "Rosalinda" with an open fireplace in the living area is located in the ski world-class resort of Schladming in a central location.
Within 3 minutes walk you can reach easily the lifts and ski slopes, restaurants, bus stop, train station, supermarkets, tourist info, city center and much more.
The glorious history of the villa, built in the 18th Cent. was also home to Earl and aristocrats. It is a special building and was renovated gently. It offers guests the opportunity in the charming, historic villa only for one holiday apartment for rent.
