The Holiday House

Golfvilla built newly into super situation with a wonderful view of the golf course just completed. Separate only few 100 meters from the marvelously quiet sandy beach with an offshore lagoon (anchor favorably to the sports boat). The floor plan in the golf villa is calculated very generously, the facilities correspond to high way of stand (e.g. TV with 145 cm of picture diagonal and ca.300 channels). The patio is between villa and Anex (outbuildings), is 60 sqm in size; a beautiful one, to the starry sky to open living room with a great pine and nice-smelling Bougonvilea. The side house approx. 50 sqm is lined up for 4 persons with kitchen line, living quarter with TV and rattan couch, which turns out to be an extendible bed (200 x180 cm); eating place for 4 persons, a bedroom with rattan double bed and toilet with shower, in addition. A tumble-drier and 4 bicycles which wait for your use is in a function room behind the villa. Since little motor traffic takes place in the new built streets at the golf course, rolling inheriting store is also a good sports alternative. Also jogs, beginningly directly behind the villa in the nice-smelling pine grove has ceased your guilty conscience if you enjoy a catch fresh fish with a good glass Rioja in the evening? J. 2003 hopefully already fruits carry, give you mandarins ten fruit-trees, this one for I ., figs, cherries, nectarines and grapes. The great pines round off a couple of palms for the overall picture and about blossoming Bougonvilea.

Arrival

Of the airport Faro on the motorway IP1 to Spain. After reaching the national border and with Cartaya drive off still approx. 25 km toward El Rompido. Through El Rompido drive up to the entrance of Nuevo Poertil. Here one will fetch you and accompany on the mansion. From Sevilla on the motorway to Huelva, then toward Portugal and with Cartaya drive off and then like above.

    War nun schon in den letzten 10 Jahren oft in diesem schönen Anwesen zum Erholen und Urlaub machen. Es ist immer noch wie beim ersten Mal.

    Nur die Pflanzen (Palmen, Bougonvillea, Bananen, Wein, Orangen, Zitronen und viele andere) sind größer geworden.

    Habe dieses Jahr wohlschmeckende Feigen und Clementinen im Garten geerntet. Genossen habe ich diese dann bei einer schönen Runde Golf.

    Der Golfplatz liegt direkt vorm Haus. Wunderschön eingebettet in den Pinienwald. Spielbar für alle Hcp. Am Abend dann einen schönen Fisch auf den

    Hauseigenen Grill legen und ihn dann mit Familie oder Freunden zusammen genießen, was will man mehr!!!

    Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Lage sind super. Werde auch nächstes Jahr wieder hinfahren.

    Liebe Familie Mauerer, lieber Georg,

    nachdem wir schon im Oktober des letzten Jahres eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche im Nebenhaus verbracht hatten, wurde auch unsere diesjährige Oktoberurlaubswoche im Haupthaus zu einem traumhaften Urlaub. Das Umfeld der Anlage mit dem Golfplatz vor der Tür, der gepflegte Garten mit Pool und natürlich die traumhaften Strände bei noch fast 30 Grad im Oktober machten dies möglich. Also wir fühlen uns dort immer gleich angekommen und können diese wunderschöne Golfvilla natürlich nur wärmsten weiterempfehlen.

    Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit, die wir bei Ihnen verbracht
    haben. Der Urlaub war toll, es fehlte an nichts. Eine schöne
    Unterkunft, um in ruhiger, idyllischer Umgebung. Alles war
    wunderschön. Der Monat Juni war auch schön für diesen Urlaub.

    Leider blieben uns nur wenige Tage im Mai 2010, die wir im Nebenhaus der Golfvilla verbringen konnten. Diese haben wir dennoch sehr genossen. Eine schöne Unterkunft, um in ruhiger, idyllischer Umgebung einen erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. Auch der wunderschöne Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

    nachdem nun einige Zeit vergangen ist, möchten wir es nicht versäumen uns auf diesem Wege, für die sehr erholsame Zeit die wir bei Ihnen verbrachten, zu bedanken. Der Monat September ist sicher einer der schönsten Reisemonate. Wir hatten angenehme Temperaturen, fast menschenleere Strände und dazu ein sehr komfortables Domizil. Wir wurden bei Ihnen herzlich aufgenommen und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. In Andalusien sind Sie sicher unsere "Erste Adresse".
