To the spacious and light open plan Living and Dining room in modern newly fitted kitchen with all the desired appliances is situated. French doors lead out on to a romantic balcony ideal for relaxing during the daytime with a good book or dining ‘Alfresco’ with a glass of fine wine in the evenings under the stars.
The direct panoramic views are truly breathtaking lake and features uninterrupted views over the Comacina’s little island and the western shoreline of Lake Como.
The apartment offers a master bedroom with king size bed with air con and a sofa bed located in the livingroom.
The Pearl of Lake Como Bellagio is just a short scenic drive away and it welcomes visitors as never before, with a wide variety of lakefront cafes, gelatarias, restaurants and shops and jewellery boutique where italian made leather and silk goods are sold.
A beautiful and very romantic promenade leads visitors to the famous and exuberant Serbellioni Hotel and also to the historical Villa Melzi, where visitors can explore and make reaching the varied gardens landscaped lakefront, which effectively are open to the public.

Ferries are situated in Bellaggio and run until early evening and you can reach other lakeside towns such as Varenna, Menaggio, Tremezzo where you could enjoy villa Carlotta and Villa Balbianello in Lenno.
