The vacation rental
The lake front apartment is situated in Lezzeno which is at 5 minutes driving to wonderful Bellaggio.
The beach is just opposite to the property and from there you will be able to have a taxi boat service on request or you may rent a boat from us and leave it at the boat dock just close to the house, or if you prefer we will arrange for you a day trip around the lake with a private boat and chauffeur.
The apartment has got 2 double bedroom a twin bedroom and a sofa bed therefore it can accommodate up to 8 people. 2 bedrooms has got lake view and one it has mountain view. One of the bedroom it also has a balcony.
The property has got a big garden, 2 balconies (lake view) a spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, garage, internet access and cable TV. |

The surrounding area
in Bellagio there are all the shops you can ever need, many restaurants, banks, pleasant cafe bars where you can sit and watch the world go by and enjoy this beautiful town, known locally as the 'Pearl' of Lake Como.
Steps across the way, you can partake in a guided tour of the gardens of Villa Serbelloni, owned by the Rockefeller Foundation. Walking enthusiasts can embark on any number of self-guided tours of the hamlets that circle Bellagio.
Ferries are situated in Bellaggio and run until early evening and you can reach other lakeside towns such as Varenna , Menaggio, Tremezzo where you could enjoy villa Carlotta and Villa Balbianello in Lenno.
