The vacation rental
It has a bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom and a lounge/kitchen with two single beds.
The kitchen has full cooking facilities and a microwave oven.
There is also a TV, a dining table with four chairs and two extra comfortable chairs in the room.
We are a friendly retired Dutch couple who take pride in advising our guests about the local attractions.
We can understand German and can also speak it a little. |

The surrounding area
Rotorua has lots of attractions.
It is situated in a volcanic thermal area with geysers, steam and bubbling mud pools.
It is also the centre of Maori culture which can be experienced in different ways.
It is about a three hours drive to the south from Auckland and a one hour drive to the nearest beach.
