The vacation rental

you will find 2 balconys in this comfortable holiday flat from which you can enyoy the ocean view in the autumn, spring or winter months.

Furthermore the holiday flat has a big housing space with a modern built-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double-beds, 1 bathroom with shower, WC, bathtub and clothes washer. Light-flooded due to the great french windows.

The holiday flat was build in july 2007 and can inhabit with 5 persons. It is not allowed to smoke in the flat and you can not take along your pets, so that the holiday flat is qualified for allergic persons.

Quiet location on the edge of a wood, but nevertheless centrally.

The traditional Baltic seaside resort Sellin is the "pearl of the island of Ruegen".

A lot of people appreciate its particular location on the edge of extensive beech woods amidst an unspent cultural landscape. The reconstructed historical seabridge and the ensemble of lovingly restored hotels und pensions in the „Wilhelmstraße”, which are classified as historical monuments, are exceptional jewels on the Baltic coast.

The holiday flat is located in a unique position at the high waterside trail nearby the granitz, a grand forest between Binz and Sellin.

Discover the sea on a boat trip along the coast to the „Stubbenkammer” and the "Chalk cliffs" or to the other baltic sea resorts Binz, Baabe, Göhren, Saßnitz.
