	The vacation rental The handicapped accessible, child-friendly holiday cottage "Albatros" (90 sqm) in the holiday resort "4 Seasons" offers a free of charge parking lot. The furniture match a four star comfort. The living room area, a large dining room is ideal for a big breakfast. On the cosy couch one can enjoy the chimmney fire best. TV and Hifi Stero is available. An open fully equipped kitchen with stove, baking-oven, vapor departue hood, dishwasher, microwave and kettle does not leave desires open. 3 bedrooms with 2 double bed each offer a lot of space. In addition, the house has 2 bathrooms with shower and WC as well as a terrace. A washing machine is available.
	The surrounding area The object was finished 2006 and is located in a calm area. The beach of Karlshagen is approx. 20 walking minutes away (short cut: forest track) and is one of the calmest and most beautiful beaches on the island. The wide and flat running beach offers ideal conditions for families and children. the new bicycle track offers an ideal opportunity to reach the other Baltic resorts.
