The modern and completely equipped apartment is located in a corner street of the Wandsbeker Chaussee. Its specialty is the central location within Hamburg. You have a variety of public transportations right in front of the apartment. The apartment itself is on the ground floor and is sited aligned towards a green inner courtyard.
The apartment consists of a small corridor, a bathroom and a bed/living room as well as a separated kitchen.

Location and surroundings

The surrounding area of the apartment leaves no wishes unfulfilled.
You can easily reach everything by foot such as a bakery and a grocery store. A 24h gas station having all groceries available is within 2 minutes reach.
There are several restaurants in the area (Italian, Indian, Turkish, and German).
Around the corner is an internet café.
An idyllic city park is located in front of the house.

From the main trainstation you take the U1 or S1 directly to the doorstep (2 Min. walk).
From the Hamburg Airport there is a direct connection (S1) that takes only 17 Min.

Parking is usually available.

   Vielen Dank für Ihre Wohnung, die wir in unserem Urlaub benutzen durften; wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - vor allem ist sie sehr sehr ruhig u. auch im Sommer nicht allzu heiß u. der Blick ins "GRÜNE" war immer vorhanden; die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist einfach genial; Schnellbahn und U-Bahn nur 5 Min. entfernt und vom Flughafen direkt zur Wohnung fahren zu können - super - die Umgebung zum Einkaufen z. B. "Wandsbek-Markt" der Fleischhauer dort und das gute Obst und Gemüse sowie die Vollwertbäckerei - das haben wir sehr genossen; auch mit dem Zug kann man in Norddeutschland gut reisen; wir waren in Lübeck, Cuxhaven und am Timmendorfer Strand - phantastisch dies alles anschauen zu können und vor allem mit guten Verbindungen und preisgünstig!

   Den Urlaub haben wir sehr genossen, 2 Wochen in Hamburg sein zu dürfen ist schon wunderschön!

   wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Hamburg.Das Wetter,die schöne Wohnung (sehr ruhig)Gute Verkehrsverbindung. Alles hat geklappt. Viele Grüße aus dem Schwarzwald.

   Meine Frau und ich waren von Hamburg total begeistert. Gratulation zu Ihrer tollen Ferienwohnung. Wirklich wunderbar und komfortabel. Wir hatten ein so grosses Programm, dass wir, auch dank des wunderschönen Wetters, nur jeweils kurze Zeit in der Wohnung waren.
