The surrounding area
The mediterraneon property among palm and olive trees is located above the lake on a private road about only 100 m from the eastshore of Lago d'Iseo.
The very romantic lake with a depth till 175 m is surrounded with hills and rocky moutains ranging from 600 to 2000 m above sea level. The north- to-south extension is over 25 km and th east-to-west extension is nearly 7 km. South of the lake is a lovely countryside area named "Franciacorta", famous for its great wines.
The ferry to car-free Monteisola - the biggest and highest island in an European lake - is only 1 km away.
